Today I start a 2 week clean eating challenge that my daughter wanted to try together.  I have been relying  too much on protein bars and shakes so this will allow me to try new recipes and things I normally wouldn't and also encourage me to prep food.  I am armed with my blender at the gym this morning and gearing up for a banana kale smoothie for breakfast.  I am not a huge fan of raw kale so we will see how this goes!

This is the plan we are following for the next 14 days.
